• For liability and insurance reasons, all swimmers must be registered with Water Polo Saskatchewan and Water Polo Canada.   

U9, U12, U14, 14+/Open- Programs with a $200 registration deposit will be as follows:

• A non-refundable $200 registration deposit is due at the time of registration to secure an athlete’s spot in the program.

• If an athlete withdraws before the first practice, the club will refund any program fees paid excluding the $200 non-refundable deposit.

• If an athlete withdraws before January 1, the club may reimburse up to 50% of the remaining program fees paid, after accounting for the non-refundable deposit, competition expenses, and administrative costs.

• Withdraws on or after January 1 are not eligible for reimbursement.

• There will be no refunds if a swimmer is absent from swimming practice for any reason.

NOTE: Water Polo Canada and Water Polo Saskatchewan Fees are Non Refundable

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of withdrawls.
